Now tell me this isn't cute!

Halloween at my house ... and in spite of my dismal day I took the boys out for a while and they had lots of fun and got WAY too much candy! They were too cute not to share. Enjoy!

Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-BATMAN!

This one thinks he is a pirate ...

And ... finally! ... proof that they love each other! BLACKMAIL!!!

Dangerzone

I am having a bad day, so I am just going to post this and leave everyone alone before I go off like a canon about stupid people and a complete lack of common sense that seems to be permeating the world around me.

Happy Halloween!

Autumn Leaves ... Panacea style!

This is the first look I have ever copied from Panacea81 on youtube ... I LOVE HER! She is so pretty, and down to earth ... and her skills rock! I didn't copy her application, but I did copy the combos that she used since I finally snagged Malibu Barbie l/g yesterday from a Specktra sista'! Here is a link to the video this combo came from if you are interested!

Enjoy the look ... I really had fun wearing this one today, and all my students thought it was cool.

On a side note ... I have a prayer/thoughts/send good karma my way request ... Smokey got laid off on Tuesday. He works in the oilfield, and every other time that this has happened he has been on another rig within 24 hours with little to no trouble finding something. Right now ... becuase everyone is nervous about the election and the economy is so scary, he is having a hard time finding anything. We are getting more and more behind by the day financially, and at this point I am just freaking out about what we are going to do. My job is secure ... but without his paychecks all the things that are necessary for the life I want for my kids (household stuff, student loan payments, etc) are in limbo. Please send whatever good vibes and thoughts our way that you can ... we really need it.

And needless to say you will not be seeing anymore shopping hauls from me for a while ;)

Enjoy!

Brightside/Gallery Gal

I am slowly making my way through that huge MAC haul ... and I really like most of them! This one is kinda disappointing ... again just a bit too subtle for my taste. But it did try the tape trick again and took a photo so everyone can see what I meant. I did it at a more shallow angle today, and I definitely like yesterday's angle better.

Illusionary/Burning Ambition

This is another of the new MES shadow duos from the MAC Mineralize line. Love this one ... though I do have to say it is completely dupable. The gold side is almost exactly like BEs White Gold and the brown side is really close to Twig, though it is more sparkly. Again ... I love how well these blend together, and am just thrilled so far with everything I got in that haul. And you gotta love the dazzleglasses!

Heat/Element

This is one of the new MES shadow duos from the expansion of the Mineralize line from MAC. I decided to go ahead and do it because I thought that it was gonna be one of the hardest for me to pull off. Surprise ... I love it! But then again I love everything!

Anyways, this one ended up being really pretty ... and I love how the two different colours blend so well together. And I am completely in love with the Boot Black liquid liner ... I wish it came in more colours because this would completely replace all of my liners if it did. It is so easy to use and I can get a thinner line than with a brush. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Oh ... and I just have to rave about the MAC face products ... the MSFs and the Sheersheen powders are the best skin finishers I have ever used. I feel like my complexion is flawless and luminous when I wear them ... they really are incredible!

Enjoy!

Champagne Diamonds

Again ... love this kit on. Don't really have much else to say about it (kinda in a mood today ... friggin' people!) but I do have to say that I am surprised at how well I like the gloss. I HATE the old BE lipglosses, so I was expecting these to be just as bad ... surprisingly, I really like it! Oh ... and I am kinda disappointed in the radiance ... it doesn't show up on me at all! Oh ... and the new Flat Edge liner brush is actually GREAT! It is going to be wonderful with gel and cream liners!

I guess I did have quite a bit to say about it ... oops!
