Sinner

I got the new UDPP Sin yesterday and tried it out today so here is my review.

First of all ... I despise the original UDPP ... I am only 25 and it makes my eyelids look like I am 60. Not a good look .... crepey lids are never a good thing. This version, however, is MUCH different. No crepiness whatsoever, and it was even tacky so I think it will make a great base for shadows. As with the original, a little goes a long way.

The colour is pretty, but I was really hoping it would be a bit lighter and slightly more shimmery. Still makes a great cream shadow for this quick look though. All in all I am really pleased with it ... though I will be cussing up a storm when the time comes to cut it up (note to UD: change this friggin packaging!!!)

I am also trying out the Lancome La Laque Fever glosses ... the colours are pretty, they feel great on and they stay on FOREVER. I put it on at 7AM and it was still on my lips at 2PM when I started peeling at them (bad habit ... so shoot me).

Enjoy!

Picture Day

Today was staff picture day at school so I tried to be creative without being scary ... not really loving this one though.

I also have to add that I just don't know what the fuss about MAC VGV lipstick is ... it is pretty, but just not special to me. It seems to be everyone's fave VG, but it is my least fave of the ones that I have. Oh well ... to each her own.

Cute-ster

I got another of the Hello Kitty lipsticks and glosses yesterday and decided to go ahead and use it today along with my new shadow that I picked up with it, Crystal frost. I like both ... though Cute-ster is actually really underwhelming.

And yes ... I know my contacts look icky ... they are suddenly getting lots of protein deposits on them and my new prescription is not in yet. Grr ... I know they look icky. Sorry gals ...

Enjoy!

Wannabe

I did this look for the weeks Mirror Image game at our Majykal forum, but didn't get around to posting it in time because by the time we got home last night I just wanted to go to bed.

Anyways ... I really like it ... I am certainly NOT Rihanna, whom this look is copied from, but I do like the look ... the idea of pairing bright pink lips with neutral eyes and Alexis Vogal inspired liner is a really awesome juxtoposition.

Enjoy!
