Inter-view Double Dose

I got this MES earlier this week from a Specktra seller (Mac_Mocha ... highly recommend her!) along with Magnetic Fields e/s and Spanking Rich d/g and I love all of them.

The MES is particularly cool but I couldn't decide how to wear it so I did it two ways. My dear lovely friend Tish wore it with the brown in the crease and the blue on the lid and it looked great on her ... so I did it the other way first and then her way next and I have to say I like her way better though both are good.

Stray

Katie (smooches) got me a Stray Grey paint pot at her CCO and I have to say it is completely not what I expected. It is still great ... but not really grey. It is the only thing I have ever seen that is close to the colour of BE Soho eyeshadow if that tells you anything ... really really wearable and pretty.

I have a friggin' cold sore on my lip ... so please excuse ... I tried to cover it but it was somewhat unsuccessful.

Latest Nail Colours

I have recently upped my nail polish usage ... and purchases :D

Shades of Sweetness

I have never before even thought of doing a whole eye look with just shadesticks and no shadows so today I decided to try it. I like it ... really understated and took longer than I thought it would, but the look is pretty. I love the new Sugarsweet collection ... really really really love it!

Two Things ...

Two things you haven't really seen from me before ...

1) My natural eye colour ... I have worn colour contacts for YEARS but the eye doc thinks that my eyes are not getting enough oxygen so he has switched me to Acuvue Oasys contacts, which are clear. I am kinda freakin' out about it because I feel like my eyes look dull naturally ... they change from day to day so I never know how they are going to look. Most of the time they are brown/hazel ... but if I am mad or upset, they are GREEN! Anyways .... something new from me.

2) Me in drugstore brand makeup ... ULTA is having a sale on Loreal HIP stuff so I picked up the shadow duo that has the dupe of MACs Parrot shadow and their cream liner in Teal. I really am pleased with both ... the shadow creased by the end of the day but the liner stayed the same and I really like the blendability and colour payoff.

OPI Done Out in Deco

I finally got around to doing my nails with one of my new colours ... love lavender anything so this is great. I am impressed by this one as well because most creme polishes go on really streaky on me (user error I am sure) this one wasn't streaky at all! Love love!
