1) My natural eye colour ... I have worn colour contacts for YEARS but the eye doc thinks that my eyes are not getting enough oxygen so he has switched me to Acuvue Oasys contacts, which are clear. I am kinda freakin' out about it because I feel like my eyes look dull naturally ... they change from day to day so I never know how they are going to look. Most of the time they are brown/hazel ... but if I am mad or upset, they are GREEN! Anyways .... something new from me.
2) Me in drugstore brand makeup ... ULTA is having a sale on Loreal HIP stuff so I picked up the shadow duo that has the dupe of MACs Parrot shadow and their cream liner in Teal. I really am pleased with both ... the shadow creased by the end of the day but the liner stayed the same and I really like the blendability and colour payoff.

MAC shadestick in Beige-ing over entire eye area; blend with fingers
MAC White pigment on browbone and around entire eye area; used MAC 227 shadow brush
Loreal HIP shadow duo in Showy, navy side dry in crease, along lower lashline and along lower lashline; used MAC 217 and 239 shadow brushes
Loreal HIP shadow duo in Showy, turquous side dry on inner two thirds of lid, wrapped around inner corner and swept up into crease; used 239 shadow brush
Loreal HIP cream eye liner in Teal along upper lashline only; used MAC 266 liner brush
Rimmel Glam Eyes mascara in Extreme Black
Lips:
BE Krystal Buxom lip polish; blot
MAC dazzleglass in Rags to Riches

I think your natural eye color is gorgous!!!! btw I love that brand of contacts, I could def. tell the difference when I switched to the oasis but I switched back to the cheap ones cuz I didn' want to pay that much @ the time but I just might have to switch back now lol... and I think I need Moon River love the color and the name.

ReplyDeleteI wear the Oasis too....but be VERY careful to keep your hands extremely clean...they pick up bacteria quick and I had a bad infection. Switched to Clean Care (or something to that effect) to clean them and now they are AWESOME. Much moister than regular contacts. Good luck with them
