Bare Platinum

You will have to forgive my short-ness for all the looks I am posting tonight. I am feeling REALLY awful today (d*mn heart problems) so I am going to make it as short and sweet as possible so I can go to bed. I would have waited for tomorrow ... but the OCD in my wants to get all the looks on my "to be published" list done ASAP!

Anyways ... this is the fourth and final installment of the QVC Bare Luxury AD ... and to date it is my favorite. I REALLY love the colours ... and was finally able to find a base in the MAC Metal-X Cream Shadow that kept Intuition from turning brown (yes ... I said brown ... every other time) on me. And yes ... I realize that Fame is suppose to be a liner shadow and I didn't line with it ... but I skip liner most of the time and like it MUCH better as a crease and lid colour.

The only downside is that as a while the eye look is HIGHLY similar to the Wild Spirit collection. Oh well, as stand alones Fame and Embrace are really unique colours ... and Secret is now one of those blushes that I must have and am shocked that I didn't already own. Ripe Fig has always been one of my fave BE lipsticks.

Face:
basic face routine
Secret blush; used Tapered Blush brush

Eyes:
MAC Metal-X Cream Shadow in Virgin Silver over entire eye area; used fingers
Embrace dry on browbone and around entire eye area; used Flathead Shadow brush
Fame dry in crease, lining lower lashline, and on outer third of lid; used double ended Shaping Eye brush and Wet/Dry brush
Intuition dry on inner two thirds of lid; used Wet/Dry brush
Embrace dry on inner corner; used Wet/Dry brush
Lancome Oscillation mascara in Black

Lips:
Duwop Prime Venom
PUR Minerals lip liner in Cranberry Quartz (the burgundy I have referred to in other posts ... finally remembered to check the name!)
Ripe Fig lipstick
