Kabuki Knockoff

Sometimes ... I just want to do something weird. Usually it is because that thing that is weird on me looked FABULOUS on someone else I met ... as is the case with this. In this case a girl working for my local Nordie's MAC counter was wearing kabuki style blush like this one day when I went in to hoard MAC lipsticks (a fave pastime of mine ... though not for my wallet) and I just HAD to do what she did!

I think it is completely strange ... but at least I tried it. Kabuki style makeup, along with anything geisha-ish, has fascinated me for a while. Don't think I will be wearing this to work ... but it was fun to try!

Enjoy laughing ... I know I did!

  1. That is bold way to do blush, I agree, not a look for work! lol

I really love your eyes, the blush being up so high actually seems to bring more attention to them.

Please be nice (that doesn't mean you have to like the look ... just be nice about not liking it!) ... no one likes a troll ;)
