Romantic Comedy

Overall ... I am just not a fan. As a look together, except for the lips (which I LOVE) it is just kinda a blah look! Drama is a great colour, and Venus is as well ... but add Frolic and it just kinda dulls it out. There are much better pinks ... and much better combos ... out there. I am still glad I got the kit because it was the only availability of Venus, but all in all I will probably never use them together again.

Face:
basic face routine
Secret blush; used Tapered Blush brush

Eyes:
MAC ShadeStick in Beige-ing over entire eye area; used fingers
Venus dry on browbone and around entire eye area; used Flathead Shadow brush
Drama dry in crease, lining lower lashline, and on outer third of lid; used double ended Shaping Eye brush and Wet/Dry brush
Frolic dry on inner two thirds of lid; used Wet/Dry brush
Venus dry on inner third of lid, wrapped around inner corner and swept up into crease; used Wet/Dry brush
Bourjois Maxi Frange mascara (primer end only)
Lancome Oscillation mascara in black

Lips:
Sephora #404 lip pencil? (the purple one)
Carmen FC Buxom lip polish

    I don't have this kit AB, but I rather like the Frolic with the Drama...perhaps it's just that I like grays and pinks together, but I think I like the contrast of the less sparkly versus the high intensity of the other two colors. Nice job (as usual)!!

    I think that after being so pleasantly surprised by the pinkness of Pink Posey in the Bouquet look earlier in the week I was just really wanting this pink to pop as well.

    Oh well ... historically medium pinks and I have not been great friends, but I am so glad that you enjoyed it. Thanks so much for your support and your feedback here!

    I like this look a LOT!!! The pink in the Carmen is PERFECT on you and works soo well with the eyes - beautiful application hun!! Wish I could get you to come here and do the Rockstar kit RIGHT on me - LOL!!

    Xena I would love to do your makeup! You have great bone structure judging by your avatar pic, and bone structure is always fun to play with!

    So glad you like Carmen on me Lisa ... my only complaint is that it bleeds alot on me, so if I need to reapply I have to wipe everything off and start again. So far the only FC buxom that didn't bleed on me is Vanessa.
